  • You didn’t receive your license key after purchase within 24 hours
  • The license key you received cannot be activated or is invalid
  • You accidentally received the wrong product (and haven’t used the key)
  • Our team is unable to resolve a genuine technical issue

  • The key was shared with others or misused

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 2 to 14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
